1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a bit 365 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

bit 365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification. If a player is found to be ineligible — including underage players — any winnings accumulated will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.

Citizens and residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to use bit 365. It is the player's responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each person may register only one account on the bit 365 platform. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bit 365 login credentials.
• You must notify bit 365 immediately at support@bit365.click if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bit 365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account is personal and may only be used by you.

bit 365 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or as part of an ongoing account review. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS or UMID card) and proof of address not older than three months.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on bit 365 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform accepts deposits via the following local payment channels:

• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers

• No outstanding disputes or active account reviews must be pending.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bit 365 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only bets placed with real money — not bonus funds — count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• bit 365 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bit 365 are subject to the game-specific rules available within the relevant game or betting market. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the bit 365 system. If a technical error prevents confirmation, the bet is void and any deducted funds are returned.

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Where a breach is detected, bit 365 may immediately suspend the account, void all pending and recent bets, withhold the account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. The decision of bit 365 in such matters is final.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bit 365 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable password security.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Decisions made by the player based on incorrect understanding of game rules or promotion terms.

bit 365's total liability to any single player in respect of any dispute shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bit 365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bit 365 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered account holders via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the bit 365 platform after the stated effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the bit 365 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes related to individual bet outcomes must be submitted to bit 365 customer support within 30 days of the outcome in question.
